RICECRACKS are baked in hot air ovens, not fried as a lot of other snacks. No fat is used in the production process. Some Rice Bran Oil is being used as an aid to apply the flavours to the biscuits. Ricecracks contain less than 4% fat! Besides that, they are absolutely glutenfree.
